This includes ensuring, either personally or through the next tier of management. There are many departments working within an organization depending upon the size and nature of the business of the organization. These departments have specific management staff and flow charts. There are top, middle, and bottom management to full fill the health and safety role and responsibilities. The top management is ultimately responsible and accountable for ensuring the compliance of Health and Safety. It is a joint venture where more than one organization working on the same project. In a joint venture, there are client, contractor and sub-contractors are working together and these organizations also responsible for their own staff’s health and safety as well as the client.
