Key Responsibilities

Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Maintain filing systems and company records.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks.
Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
Support HR and other departments with administrative activities.
Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
