[email protected] Duties and responsibilities *Quality Control preparation of daily progress & productivity report. *Review the quality system and company policies procedures. and practices to establish ways to increase its effectiveness. *Daily inspection of site activities *Prepare and maintain records of Daily & Weekly Qc reports, *Implementation of Schedule-Q & Quality Control Plan. *Implementation of Inspection Testing Plan (ITP) according to the scope of work,. *Quality plan, method of statements and the project specification. *Review all kind of method of statements prior to submit consultant. *Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project. *Review all kind of shop drawings according to the IFC and project specifications. *Submit pre-qualification documents of the supplier and get it approval from the consultant before starting the order *Coordinate with QA/QC department and the construction team regarding all work. *Schedule for inspection and approval by the client *Make arrange inspection schedule for third party lab. *Ensure the field construction organization is monitoring the Quality of the work in accordance with the approved Site Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP's) and Method Statement. *Conduct the weekly quality meeting with execution team & subcontractor. *Conducting periodical quality training to execution team. *Prepare the internal site instruction reports and internal NCR. *Monitoring and managing the site instructions and non-conformances from the consultant and the clients. *Responsible for project construction inspection and documentation from start to end . *Review the quality system and company policies procedures and practices to establish ways to increase its effectiveness. *Daily inspection of site activities
