I am a QA/QC Civil Engineer with over 7 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, and site supervision across major infrastructure, precast, and building projects in Saudi Arabia. My experience includes working on high-profile developments such as NEOM and Red Sea Global projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and quality requirements. Currently, I am working with TUV Austria as a Third-Party QA/QC Engineer where I am responsible for conducting site inspections for civil, structural, precast, and steel works, ensuring compliance with Schedule Q, approved drawings, and specifications. I manage QA/QC processes including WIR, MIR, NCR, and RFI through Aconex, and coordinate with contractor (Al Bawani), client (NEOM), and stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards. Previously, I worked with Prainsa Saudi Arabia on Red Sea Global projects, focusing on precast supply and installation, where I verified alignment, tolerances, and joint treatment in accordance with PCI standards, and coordinated between factory and site teams to ensure smooth execution. I also worked with First Fix on deep infrastructure works, including drainage systems, manholes, and underground utilities, ensuring proper installation, slope, and invert levels as per project requirements. In addition, I have experience on Riyadh Metro and residential housing projects, where I performed inspections for structural, architectural, and finishing works including reinforcement, concrete, block work, plastering, and waterproofing, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and quality standards. I have strong knowledge of QA/QC systems including Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and material approvals. I am experienced in concrete testing, precast inspection, and site quality control, with compliance to international standards such as ASTM, ACI, PCI. I am also an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
