Candidate Recruitment & Database Management * Search and recruit qualified candidates from Pakistan and other countries. * Communicate with applicants through WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms. * Maintain an organized candidate database. * Verify candidate information and documentation. 2. EL-AF.COM Talent Platform Development * Assist in developing and improving EL-AF.COM recruitment platform. * Coordinate with developers regarding new features and improvements. * Test website functions and report issues. * Suggest new AI-based recruitment solutions. 3. Video CV & AI Profile Management * Guide candidates in uploading Video CVs. * Review uploaded candidate profiles. * Organize candidate information and employment history. * Ensure all candidate records are properly stored in the system. * Coordinate AI-assisted video processing and profile management. 4. AI Integration & Automation * Work with AI tools to improve recruitment processes. * Assist in integrating AI chatbots and virtual assistants. * Help automate candidate screening and communication. * Improve response systems and candidate engagement. * Research new AI technologies that can benefit EL-AF.COM. 5. Client Acquisition & Business Development * Contact potential employers and companies. * Promote EL-AF.COM recruitment services. * Generate new business opportunities. * Follow up with existing clients. * Support sales and marketing campaigns. 6. Marketing & Social Media * Create and publish recruitment posts. * Manage social media pages. * Promote job opportunities online. * Assist in content creation and branding activities. 7. Reporting & KPI Management * Submit daily work reports. * Maintain Google Sheets records. * Track recruitment targets and achievements. * Monitor platform growth and candidate registrations.
