I am an experienced Data Entry Operator who is currently working as Data Entry Operator in Khurram Traders Distributor medicine agency. My Responsibilities includes: Data Entry & Documentation: - Input purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes into the company database. - Ensure accuracy of product details such as batch numbers, expiry dates, and quantities. - Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval. Inventory & Stock Management: - Enter and update records of medicines received, stored, and distributed. - Maintain accurate stock levels in the system to avoid shortages or overstocking. - Assist in preparing inventory reports for management review. Administrative Support: - Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales and distribution reports. - Assist in billing and payment documentation for clients and suppliers. - Support the accounts team with clerical tasks related to medicine distribution. Accuracy & Compliance: Communication & Coordination: - Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm stock movements. - Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding order status and delivery schedules. - Provide support to senior staff in managing distribution operations.
