BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS MANAGER – BAHRAIN We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to join a growing Bahrain-based company operating in business brokerage, consultancy, and business services. This role is suitable for someone with strong experience in sales, business development, operations, client management, and overall business coordination. The selected candidate will work closely with company management and gradually take responsibility for managing day-to-day activities and supporting business growth. Main Responsibilities: • Handle buyer, seller, and client inquiries • Manage lead follow-up and client communication • Coordinate business listings and marketing activities • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates • Assist with negotiations and deal coordination • Monitor ongoing opportunities and follow-up activities • Support consultancy projects and client engagements • Prepare reports and business updates • Improve internal processes and operational efficiency • Coordinate administrative and operational activities • Support business development and partnership initiatives Preferred Background: • Business Development • Operations Management • Sales Management • Commercial Management • Business Consultancy • Business Brokerage • Real Estate Brokerage • Client Relationship Management Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience with CRM systems and reporting • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently • English required • Arabic is an advantage • GCC experience preferred • Open to local and overseas candidates willing to relocate to Bahrain The ideal candidate should be commercially minded, self-motivated, and capable of handling daily operations while contributing to business growth and long-term development.
